How do I prepare for a technician to visit?
Please have a person that is over 18 years of age present during the entire time a technician is on your premises. Your technician must have full access to the computer and/or electronic gadgets needing service.
Access to your residence and your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business are also a necessity.
What do I need to know before I have an Tech visit my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The Technician must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.
Do you offer a guarantee for your services?
Yes. On-site services are guaranteed for 5 days. If you notify us within the stated time period, we will remedy your problem swiftly and at no additional cost to you. If you have any further difficulties following a specific repair, please contact us. Please note that this guarantee only applies to possible continual difficulties with the specific service you have received from us.
