Want to learn how to get more from your computer? Want to send your digital photos to family and friends? Unsure about how to use email? Have a Tech give you 60 minutes of face time to learn exactly what you want, at your own pace.
Techs-2-You offers hour-long, personalised training sessions where you'll learn what you want to learn, on a specific topic, at your own pace — right there at your own computer. Examples include: basic PC skills, software, e-mail, digital imaging, digital video, digital music.
Terms of Service*:
- For on-site services, a person that is over 18 years of age must be present during the entire time the technician is on your premises.
- The technician must have access to your residence or business, your consent and cooperation to enter, and full access to the computer and/or electronic gadgets needing service.
- Techs-2-You reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
- Techs-2-You guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. This guarantee only applies to possible difficulties with the specific service you have received. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the service warranty and will incur further charges.
