Technicians will come to your home and safely remove these harmful programs. We can also recommend software solutions which help prevent a re-infection that could slow your computer or bring it to a complete stop just when you need your computer the most.
Service Details:
- Troubleshoot the system to establish type of computer infection.
- Use specialised Techie methods to remove the virus and/or spyware.
- Reboot the computer and restore information, if possible.
- Recommend security software to prevent future infections.
- If security software available, install and set for automatic updates.
Terms of Service*:
- For on-site services, a person that is over 18 years of age must be present during the entire time the technician is on your premises.
- The technician must have access to your residence or business, your consent and cooperation to enter, and full access to the computer and/or electronic gadgets needing service.
- Techs-2-You reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
- Additional charges will apply if parts, hardware, and/or software upgrades are needed to complete the requested service.
- The customer is responsible for licensed operating system software and restore software, if needed to complete a repair.
- Any necessary parts and/or software purchased for repair is subject to their individual warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
- Techs-2-You guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. This guarantee only applies to possible difficulties with the specific service you have received. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the service warranty and will incur further charges.
